Dear Jack,

     Rick and I want to take a moment to thank you for helping us sell our home.  As you will remember, we had no intention of selling our home and moving away, ever.  When Rick suddenly got a new job in Utah, we were in a panic to get the home sold quickly and and move away.  We wouldn't have been able to do it without you.  The task seemed impossible.

     Thank you so much for your positive assurance and enthusiasm.  We appreciated being kept informed as to everything we should do and not do. Not having to concern ourselves with the details of selling our home  made having to move so far away much easier to handle.  We didn't have to do anything but pack.  Getting the house sold quickly was our primary goal, but getting more money for it than we expected was an added bonus.  We have given your card to all our friends.

     We miss our family, friends and church, but are slowly getting used to this state.  It's supposed to snow soon, that will be a new experience for us Californians!  We will let you know when we are ready to buy a home here and would appreciate it if you could recommend an agent for us.  God bless you.

 Rachael and I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for us in helping us to purchase our first home.
